Vocational Assessments

Good career decisions are only made when people have a good sense of who they are. Four key dimensions are critical to understanding where the possibilities lie; knowing one's abilities, understanding one's personality, knowing one's interests and having a good sense of one's values. Without knowing these, it is difficult to investigate vocational areas and make good career decisions.

Dr. Peirce utilizes a number of assessment methods and tools to help his clients understand themselves along these four dimensions, allowing them to focus on possible future career directions. A variety of methods including personal interviews, career inventories and up-to-date computer databases allow the client's research to be current and valid. The findings of the assessment are discussed individually with the client and a full written report is issued.
